"Arriving at the venue by five, we were told to wait outside in line for two hours until finally being let in. Despite the short meet and greet, meeting Death of a Salesman was a great experience. It felt rushed, and we could have spent more time with her considering how long we waited. The concert didn’t start until nine, and we had to stand around for another two hours, not because of the meet and greet. I believe they didn’t care about the delays, evident in how long it took for them to set up and bring out the opening act. By the time Death of a Salesman performed, everyone was exhausted. While I enjoyed meeting her and hearing her live, waiting a total of four hours was unfair. There was no communication about the event or any apologies for the wait. If I see her live again, I’ll choose a sit-down venue. Next time, please provide accurate arrival times and notify us in advance if there are any changes to the schedule."
